These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SessionsAI and the services we provide at sessionsai.com. By creating an account or using SessionsAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

2. The Service

SessionsAI is a training planning and logging platform for athletes and coaches. It includes tools for planning training programmes, logging sessions, tracking performance, and accessing AI-powered insights and an AI training assistant.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use SessionsAI. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@sessionsai.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SessionsAI is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at sessionsai.com/pricing.

  • Free trial — we offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • Billing — subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance depending on the plan you choose.
  • Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
  • Price changes — we will give at least 30 days notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Your Data

You own your training data. We store it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export your data at any time, and we will delete it within 30 days of account deletion.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your training data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation
  • Share your account credentials with others (unless on a Coach or Team plan that explicitly supports this)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI Features

SessionsAI includes AI-powered features, including an AI training assistant and automated insights. These features are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

The AI assistant is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training, particularly if you have a medical condition or injury.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

8. Intellectual Property

SessionsAI and all content, code, designs, and materials within it are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Your training data remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a licence to store and process your data as necessary to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SessionsAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SessionsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
